Michael High

Michael C. High, age 66, of St. Charles, Missouri passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 22, 1955 to Carl and Dorothy High (nee Johnson).

Mike is survived by his wife, Lorelei "Jan" High, Children, Michalle (Bruce) Stevens, Jennifer M (Anthony) Frohnauer, Grandchildren, Heston and Katy Rose Coon, Ana, James, Dane and Ryker Frohnauer and many other family members and very dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Dorothy High; Children, Rebecca Nicole and Michael C. (Laura) High Jr., his sister in law, Debbie Hoekel and his son in law, Anthony Frohnauer.

Mike made his career in the HVAC field. In 1989, he was awarded Instructor of the Year for Missouri Private Career Schools in his field and ran his own business for several more. Throughout his life he held memberships at the Moose Lodge in St. Charles, The Flyway Hunt Club and North End Association where he served as President.

Mike's greatest love was his family and friends. He loved holidays, gatherings, playing poker, shuffleboard and his favorite, "Catch Phrase". He was an avid Cardinals, Blues and KC Chiefs fan. Looking out for everyone was always his goal and his door was always open to them. Mike will be missed by so many but is now reunited with his daughter and son and so many more, he is no longer in pain.

Services will be Sunday, March 13, at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with a small reception at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Reception Center. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel, service will begin at 4:00 p.m.
