Michael Paul Kavanagh, age 42, of Hazelwood, Missouri passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 in O Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 11, 1973 to Lawrence and Jacklyn Kavanagh (nee Howard).
Michael was with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562, and formerly Pressmans Local 505. He was an accomplished musician and guitarist, and had performed with the group "Shattered".
Michael is survived by his parents of Hazelwood, MO, Friend, Sue Dickson of O Fallon, MO, Brother, David L. and wife Dede Kavanagh of Marthasville, MO, Nephews, Ryan Eifert and Dillan Kavanagh, Granddaughter, Olivia Dickson; Jeff Dickson and Tim Dickson, plus a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Niece, Katie Kavanagh.
Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 pm Monday, April 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Fr. Terry J. Borgerding officiating. Visitation will be Sunday April 24, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
