Michael Terry Sasyk age 59, of Florissant, Missouri passed away February 28, 2016 at his home.
Michael was born December 3, 1956, at Granite City, Illinois, the son of Michael and Winifred (Edrington) Sasyk.
He was united in marriage to Barbara (Brackney) Sasyk, who survives.
Also surviving him are: his son, Damon Sasyk of Blue Springs, Missouri; a step-Son, Matthew Zerface of Hazelwood, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Michael was a truck driver most of his life with Teamsters Local #610. He enjoyed fishing, dancing and being with friends and family. His greatest love was his grandchildren.
As were his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200)at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2016 with a visitation preceding, starting at 5:00 p.m..
