Noelle R. Vance

Noelle R. Vance, age 15, of St. Peters, Missouri passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022. She was born in St. Peters, Missouri on September 8, 2006 to Ian and Dawn Vance (nee Ragsdale).

Noelle is survived by her father, Ian (Maria) Vance and mother, Dawn (Ben) James; siblings Haley Vance, Deejay O'Shea, Christian James, and Sebastian James; grandparents, Tammy (Denny) Decher, Linda (Jerry) Umbdenstock, and Nancy James; aunts and uncles, Aaron (Shannon) Vance, Jillian (Jacob) Crump, Kristi (Chris) Santangelo, Jim (Stephanie Hoelscher) Ragsdale, Kelly Ragsdale, Chrissy (Luis ) James Zapata, Janet (Andrew) Everett, Jeremy (Laura) James, Jeannie Umbdenstock, and Royce Umbdenstock; and great-uncle, Gregory (Ann) Wojcik. Also survived by a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sandra (husband Joe survives) Crump; grandfathers, Paul Vance, Terry Ragsdale, and Edwin James; and great-grandparents, Dolores "Ducky" and Jim Wester, and Shirley and William Wojcik.

Noelle was a sweet and gentle soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Noelle was extremely passionate about saving the planet, animals and making the world a better place. She was incredibly talented in the fine arts including drawing, playing the violin and had recently gotten accepted into the Symphonic Orchestra at East High. Noelle was also learning to play acoustic guitar and had a passion for creating digital music. She was a member of Girl Scout Troop 380 for several years and loved hanging out with all her troop members and friends. She had a special love for nature hikes, camping and sunsets.

" I like dandelions because when you're on a grassy hill, and the wind blows, all the white fluff flies around and I really like it."
