Mrs. Pamela A. "Dilla" Richardson came into this world on April 4th, 1949 and unexpectedly left it on October 17th, 2019. She's survived by her husband of 46 years, Dr. James "Turtle" Richardson, an only child, and son, Robin "RJ" Richardson, and was grandma "MiMi" to Payton, Ellie, and Briana.
Pam was raised as an adopted, only child of the late Roy and Winnie (Deason) Harrison in Amarillo, Texas, where she attended Tascosa Highschool. Afterward, she attended college at Texas Tech University where she earned two master's degrees, one in Electrical engineering, and one in Accounting. During her college days, she was able to achieve her childhood dream - singing professionally - where she went on to sing at some of the most famous venues in America, like the Metro Opera house and the Grand Ole Opry, and side-by-side with some very well known names.
After college, she met her husband and they eventually moved to St. Louis, where she established a successful Tax & Accounting practice that has been in business for 40 years. A strong supporter of small business, she used her personal touch to make lasting relationships with generations of clients.
Pam was a genuine, selfless, loving human being with a remarkable mind and intellect. May her memory last as a shining example of how to be a good person. She will be dearly missed.
