Patricia L. Fields

Patricia Lucille Fields, age 85, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She was born in Reynolds, Missouri on May 11, 1939 to Otis and Zelpha Beck (nee Chitwood). 

Patricia had a deep passion for flowers and gardening, which she cherished throughout her life. Her culinary skills were unmatched; she particularly enjoyed baking sweets and treats that brought joy to those around her.

For over 18 years, Patricia served as a dedicated bus driver for the Lindberg School District, where she was admired by both children and parents alike for her caring nature and commitment to safety.

Most notably, Patricia was a loving grandmother, affectionately known as "the best Grammie in the world." Her nurturing spirit and love will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Patricia's legacy of kindness and dedication will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Sherri (Kent) M. Cooper; son, Brian K. Fields; four grandchildren, Adam (Cleo) Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Sara (Jeremy) King, Kai Fields; Grandson, Stephan Frederick Fields; three great-grandchildren, Dexter King, Bowie King, Axel Fields; sister, Loretta Chilton; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Fields; mother, Zelpha L. Beck; father, Otis H. Beck; brother, Herman Beck; sister, Marilyn Santhoff. 

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm with a Funeral Ceremony at 12:00 pm Saturday, October 12, 2024 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Interment will take place at Jefferson Barracks at 10:45 am on Friday, October 18, 2024.00
