Patricia "Pat" Copeland

Patricia "Pat" Copeland, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away on October 29,2024, in Liberty, Missouri. Born on February 2, 1949, in Springfield, Missouri, Pat led a vibrant life filled with adventure and passion.

A true jack of all trades, Pat was known for her zest for life. She had a passion for photography, capturing moments in time that brought joy to those around her. Whether it was planning her next travel adventure or simply exploring the wonders of her surroundings, there was no rock left unturned in her pursuit of new experiences. Pat was larger than life, inspiring those who knew her to embrace their own adventures with the same fervor.

Pat is survived by her son, James Wesley Morris, and her loving daughters, Wendy Sue Brooks and Shonda Marie Harris. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Molly, Aaron, Ethan, Cera, Mia, Lilianna, and Gibson, as well as her two great-grandchildren. To them, she was not just a grandmother; she was a source of warmth and inspiration who fostered dreams and encouraged exploration.

She will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched. Pat was preceded in death by her mother and father, as well as her daughter, Marissa Ann Morris, whose memory remained close to her heart.

Pat's adventurous spirit and unconditional love will forever echo in the hearts of her family and friends. She may have left this world, but the memories created and the lives she impacted will continue to reflect the incredible person she was.
