Patricia "Pat" Ann Leffler (McClary), age 74 of O'Fallon passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Pat was born in Swindon Wilts, England on October 17, 1947 to Frank and Florence (Dennis) McClary.
A native of England, Pat was a resident of O'Fallon for the past 46 years. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved dancing, was an avid reader and gardener as well as a lifetime dog lover.
Pat is survived by her son, Darren Leffler, son, Ian Leffler; daughter Kymberly McIntosh; 6 grandchildren, Caleb (Abigail) McIntosh, Isaiah McIntosh, Kaitlyn Leffler, Ian Leffler, Sarah McIntosh, and Ivy McIntosh; as well as many wonderful friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Florence McClary.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Charles County Humane Society.
