Peggy Sue Chilton

Peggy Sue Chilton (nee Foster) passed away November 6, 2020. Dear daughter of the late Richard and Mahalia (nee Boatwright) Foster. Beloved wife and devoted companion of 63 years of Vernon Roger Chilton. Loving mother of Rebecca (Roy) Reed and Chris (Bruce) Wilson. Loving grandma of Heather (Marshall Fowler) Reed, Joshua (Megan) Reed, Tony (Amber) Wilson and Dylan Wilson. Loving great grandma of Chastity, Jenessa, Journey and Jack. Dearest sister of Ernest (Jean) Foster and Pauline Gowen. Dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Family was most important in life to Peggy and she enjoyed spending time with her grand and great grandchildren. She was a strong woman and was not afraid of hard work. Peggy had a heart of gold and exhibited a great deal of compassion towards other individuals, animals and God's creations. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 2:00pm until the time of the funeral at 4:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376.
