Peggy Decker, age 86, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 at NHC HealthCare St. Charles. She was born February 3, 1937 to Loyd and Addie Phillips (née Saalwaechter) in Portageville, Missouri.
Peggy was married to the love of her life, Dale Decker, for 49 years.
She is survived by her Daughters Debra Brown and Pamela (Robert) Ruhlman; Grandchildren Brandon (Jamie) Brown, Jeremy Brown, Kristina (Anthony) Chumbley, Alaina (Jacob) Borgen and Andrew (Kayla) Ruhlman; Great-Grandchildren Rae and AJ Chumbley, Brooklyn and Brandon Brown, Mason Biscan, Trevor Rigor and Finn Borgen; Brother Terry (Judy) Phillips; Sisters Virginia Russell and Ginger Hankins; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Loyd and Addie; Husband Dale; Son Jimmy Decker; Siblings Camilla, Kathleen, Frederick, Chester, Billy Joe, Leonard, Lester, Barbara Jean and an infant Baby Brother.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery in St. Ann, Missouri.
