Penny Kae Sooter, age 73, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. She was born on February 17, 1951 to Harry and Murial Kirgan (nee Lewis).
Penny is survived by her husband, Charles "Ned" Sooter; son, Haven Sooter; grandchild, Savannah (Shelton) Lovell-Rogers; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Murial Kirgan; father, Harry Kirgan; daughters, Heather Sooter and Keirsten Sooter; grandchild, Tyler Sooter.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel on Friday, April 26, 2024. Additional Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm with a Funeral Ceremony immediately following at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 27, 2024. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 1 pm at Ste. Philippines Cemetery.
