Prudence Dale Johnson, age 84, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, March 3, 2024. She was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin on August 15, 1939 to Dale and Florence Bloom (nee Rinka). She was married to Robert Johnson, LTjg, USN, in San Francisco, California on December 19, 1960.
Prue worked as a Registered Nurse for over 22 years. She also loved many things, including candle-making and stamp art and card making. Her artwork extended into model railroad backdrops for Bob. She was a lifetime Green Bay Packers fan!
Prudence is survived by her spouse of 63 years, Robert "Bob" Johnson; two sons, Christopher (Bridget) Johnson, Drew (Belinda) Johnson; nine grandchildren, Amora (Matthew) Quinn, Dale Johnson, Michael Johnson, Alex Johnson, Clayton Johnson, Shain Johnson, Garrett Johnson, Dylon Johnson, Dayton Johnson; great-grandchild, James Quinn; nieces, Sarah (Nels) Rodefeld and Sydney Jeffrey; nephew, John Meanie and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Dale Bloom; and two sisters, Margaret Meanie and Virginia Seabloom.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
