Queenie Christine Silva Bilyeu, age 47, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022. She was born in Manila, Philippines on February 5, 1975 to Herminio and Consuelo Silva (nee Gonzales).
Queenie is survived by her beloved husband, Jason Bilyeu; son, Alain Cruz; parents Herminio Silva, Jr., and Consuelo Silva; mother-in-law, Debra Bilyeu; brothers, Francis (Evangeline) Silva, Herminio (Karen Ann) Silva III, Mark Joseph Silva, and Francis Paolo Silva; brother-in-law, Chris Bilyeu; aunts, Eleanor (Rolando) Abada, Amelia Silva, Maryann Adonis, and Dolores Vasallo; uncles, Cesar (Marite) Silva, Danilo (Eva) Silva, Manuel (Juliet) Gonzales, Michael (Concepcion) Gonzales, and Mamerto Gonzales; niece Emma Bilyeu; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Carolyn (husband Ruben survives) Pinlac, and father-in-law, George Bilyeu.
Queenie enjoyed her career with Quest Diagnostics, and is remembered as a very dedicated and hard worker. She also loved to cook, and liked sharing her culinary creations with her work family. In her free time, she loved shopping and going to the Casino with her husband and extended family. Queenie was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
