Randolph "Dave" Reeves

Randolph David Reeves of O'Fallon, Missouri, passed away on December 18, 2023, at age 81.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Ruth Reeves, his daughter, Irene Catherine, his grandson, Brian Chappel, and a cousin, Jewel Arvin Woody Jr.

He is survived by his dear wife, Kathleen (nee Wade) of 60 years, his son Patrick (Tammy) Reeves; grandchildren Derek Bourke, Tanesha (William) Pashia, and Mariah Chappel; and one great-grandson, Drey Jones. David treasured the time he spent with his cousins Donald and John Woody. He grew up in the Desloge/Cantwell area. David worked for McDonnell Douglas for over 30 years and was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Union, Local 837 for 60 years. He enjoyed spending his days hunting and fishing whenever possible. As a skilled woodworker, he was very proud of the many pieces of furniture that he crafted, including beds, cabinets, an entertainment center, and a cradle. He always thought that a dog helped make a house a home and is missed by his faithful Buddy and Lady. He loved watching the movies, especially westerns and war movies. He will be remembered by his friends as someone who always spoke his mind.

Visitation will take place from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm all on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri 63376. Burial will follow at Saint Charles Memorial Gardens.
