Raymond Prang

Raymond Stanislaus Prang, age 87, of OFallon, Missouri peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, April 23, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 30, 1935 to Stanislaus and Gertrude Derwinski (nee Piontkowski).
Raymond was married to Gail Prang for 42 beautiful years and together they shared a blended family of nine children. He was an avid fisherman, loved the game of golf, working with numbers and spending his summers in Arcadia, Michigan.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Gail Prang; three sons, Stephen (Lori) Prang, George Prang, David Prang; four daughters, Laura (John) Majikes, Cheryl Hoerr, Linda Hoerr, Suzanne (Gary) Carter; 9 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren; brother Paul (Anne) Prang, sister-in-law Rae Marie Prang and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Hecht, father Stanislaus Derwinski, sons Douglas Prang and Jeffrey Hoerr and brother Giles Prang.
A Gathering will take place on Friday, May 12 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dardenne - 7701 State Rte N, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368 - with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:30 am.
