Richard V. Heimerl

Richard Victor Heimerl, age 62, of De Soto, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in Festus, Missouri. He was born in West Bend, Wisconsin on August 11, 1960 to Francis and Caroline Heimerl (nee Koepsell).
Richard was the proud owner of his own business and in his later years he enjoyed traveling. He was married to Phyllis Heimerl for 38 years.

Richard was an avid fisherman and sports fan. He loved the Chicago White Sox and the Greenbay Packers. Richard also loved to play Nintendo games.

Richard is survived by his Wife, Son, Rich F. (Tiffany) Heimerl; Daughter, Kimbra (Winston) Talley; Two Granddaughters, Abagail Heimerl, RaeLynn Heimerl; Grandson, Jackson Talley; Sister, Karen S. (Bill) Williams; Two Nieces, Michelle (Shawn) Bash, Kelly (Joe) Bright; Nephew, Billy Williams; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Caroline Bianca Heimerl; and Father, Francis Raymond Heimerl.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 5th, 2023 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A funeral ceremony will be held immediately following at 3:00pm also at St. Peters Chapel.
