Richard Allen Laws

Richard Allen Laws, age 81, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019. He was born in St Louis, Missouri on December 26, 1937 to Trentis and Belma Laws (nee Harper).
Richard is survived by his wife, Margaret Louise Laws of O Fallon, MO, son William Laws (Geronimo Moran), his daughters: Pamela (David J) Smith, and Angela (Frank) Balducci, six grandchildren; David (Courtney) Smith, Sarah ( Curtis ) Taylor, Rebekah Smith, Steven Mason, Ashley Balducci, TJ Balducci,
six great grandchildren; Brenton Taylor , Ian Edmonds, Ella Smith , Tylor Nye, Liam Taylor , Jacob Smith and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Trentis and Belma Laws; his brother Trentis Laws and sister Varnell Midkiff.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 4:00 ~ 8:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery 5200 Lucas and Hunt Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121.
