Richard Lynnwood Adams

Richard Lynnwood Adams, age 68, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 in O'Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 23, 1955 to Richard and Helen Adams (nee Chick).

Rich served in his nation in the Marine Corps as a Rifle Sharp Shooter. He enjoyed spending time riding his Harley, watching old western movies, and was the life of the party; but above all, he valued his family.

Rich is survived by his wife, Jona L. Adams; children, Jessica M. (Greg II.,) Gaeng and Richard A. Adams; two grandchildren, Hailey L. Gaeng and Gregory K. Gaeng, III; four siblings, Larry (Susan) Adams, Penny (Tony) Baize, Linda (Sal) Buffa, Allen (Mary) Adams; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard B. Adams.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a memorial and military honor service immediately following at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
