Richard C. Spitzenberg, Sr., age 85, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 in O'Fallon, Missouri. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on March 28, 1936 to Charles and Agnes Spitzenberg (nee Evans).
Richard is survived by his children Beverly (Keith) Arnett, Stacy (Fred) McCabe, and Richard C. (Kelly) Spitzenberg, Jr.; grandsons Sean Miller, Richard C. Spitzenberg III, and Alex McCabe; and great-grandson, Ethan Miller.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Nancy Spitzenberg, and his parents, Charles and Agnes Spitzenberg.
Rich lived a full life at the Delmar Gardens Independent Living Villas, enjoying time with lots of friends. He was an avid golfer, and loved to play cards and enjoy all the amenities of the facility where he lived. He cherished time spent with friends and family.
