Robert D. Fox, age 83, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on May 17, 1938 to Daniel and Jessie Fox (nee Irvin).
Bob grew up with his parents and two brothers in St. Louis. After graduation from Beaumont High School, Bob joined the Army Reserves and served for 6 years. He started his career at Laclede Gas then moved to Monsanto, where he retired early after 24 years of service and finished his drafting career as a consultant at PC & E. Bob was an active member, Sunday school teacher and Deacon at Rock Hill Baptist Church for decades. In his later years, Bob enjoyed watching the Cardinals play and indulging in his wife's cooking.
He will be greatly missed but forever cherished.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hall Fox; his daughters, Kathryn (Vincent) Sicilia and Andrea (David) Privott; his grandchildren, Zachary Sicilia, Jacquelyn Sicilia, Cameron Privott and Cayla Privott; his brother, Jim (Shirley) Fox; and his sister-in-law, Rebecca Fox. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Jessie Fox; and a brother, Gary Fox.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm, both on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, St. Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Interment will follow.
