"Dad, you're going to hit Mom if you don't stop backing up the RV."
"I'm not going to hit your mother. I might just bump her a little."
Robert (Bob) Arthur Freeman was born July 23rd, 1953, to Charles Freeman and Edna Laramie Freeman, one of five siblings: Dan, Mike, himself, Kathy, and Tim. After a short time spent playing high school basketball, as one of 6'6" is oft to do, he would eventually meet and marry Dianna Griffin after being dared to ask her out by friends. They wed on April 24th, 1982, and liked each other well enough to have two children together. They spent much of their careers together selling recreational vehicles that, despite the close call, Bob never actually bumped his wife with. Bob's dry humor and quiet but constant support for his family will be deeply missed and eternally cherished. He is survived by his wife, Dianna Freeman (née Griffin), his daughter Nicole (Greg) Tucker, his daughter Casey Freeman (partner Collin Cabangal), his two grandchildren, Jack and Emily Tucker, and his siblings, Tim (Susan) Freeman and Kathy Coffey. Bob is preceded in death by his mother Edna, his father Charles, his brother Dan, and his brother Mike.
Thank you for letting your daughters use their English degrees for something, Dad, even if it's your obit. We love you. Hopefully sports channels are free in the afterlife so you can keep yelling about how terribly the Cardinals are playing.
At Bob's request, no formal services will be held, but a memorial will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to make donations to the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, or send your thoughts and prayers to the Blues so they can attempt to slide into the playoffs.
