Robert Edward Watson, age 84, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 in Wentzville, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 8, 1938 to Edward and Emma Watson (nee Singer). He was married to Bonnie Watson for 63 years.
He was an engineer for Barnes Jewish Hospital for over 30 years. Robert was a collector of flashlights and guns as he was a lifetime member of Bench Rest Gun Club.
Robert is survived by his wife, Bonnie Watson; three daughters, Laurie (Stephen) Haas, Lisa (Kurt) Sergiewich, Bobbie Fischer; five grandchildren, Kurt Sergiewich, Jr., Kyle Sergiewich, Scott (Jenni) Haas, Nick (Amy) Haas, Brad Haas; five great-grandchildren, Kaylin Haas, Austin Haas, Dylan Haas, Mason Haas, Aubrey Haas; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Emma Watson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at St. Peters Chapel. Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 am Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Interment immediately following at Mt. Zion Cemetery, in O'Fallon, Missouri.
