Robert Kent Williams, age 83, passed away at home peacefully on Saturday, May 4, 2024. He was born May 20, 1940, in St. Louis, to Robert Harold and Ruth Ann (Pemberton) Williams.
He served in the US Air Force from 1957-1960. He was always a salesman and a wonderful knack for solving problems (and telling others “how to do” it correctly). Robert truly lived life to the fullest always having a story to tell, volunteered for many organizations, traveled, and was a friend of Bill W for 28 years. He is survived by his long time partner, Joanne Roman; his sister, Ruth Ann Marie Jones; two daughters, two sons and their spouses.
Proceeded in death by two grandsons; survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. More information will follow with a “CELEBRATION OF LIFE”.
As Robert always said “IT SURE WASN’T BORING”.
