Roger Neal Osborn, age 82, of St.Charles, Missouri passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024 in Saint Peters, Missouri. He was born in St.Louis, Missouri on April 24, 1942 to Everett and Hazel Osborn (nee Botkin).
Roger retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier after 31 years. He also played football for Northeast Missouri State Teacher's College in Kirksville, Missouri.
Roger is survived by his son, Christopher Osborn; step-daughter, Myra (Scott) Ferguson; two grandchildren, Thomas Ferguson, Shaylynn Osborn; sister-in-law, Debbie Osborn; two nieces, Stacie Marie (Timothy) Faulkner, Angela Rogers; two great-nephews, Mitchel (Becca) Faulkner, Carson Faulkner; three great-nieces, Amanda Faulkner, Anna Rogers, Abigail Rogers; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce A. Osborn; father, Everett P. Osborn; mother, Hazel M. Osborn; and brother, Michael Osborn.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with a Graveside Service following at 1:00 pm Monday, July 15, 2024 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125.
