Ronald Anthony Azzanni, age 73, of Florissant, Missouri passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on August 10, 1949 to Frank and Stella Azzanni (nee Russo).
Ronald adored his nieces, Angel and Chantel. He spent most of his career working at McDonnell Douglas and later Boeing. He was dedicated to volunteering at the St Ferdinand Fish Fry where he was known for his famous cole slaw preparation. Ronald was very involved in his community and often volunteered with various organizations including the Daylily Society. He held licenses for cosmetology and real estate.
Ronald is survived by his sister, Christina (Robert) Renfroe; his nieces, Angel (Craig) Dodson and Chantel Dawson; his great-nephews, Creighton (Alexandria) Staude, and Christopher Dodson; and his great-great nieces and nephews, Lukas Dodson, Zakary Dodson, Kenlee Staude, and Addilyn Staude. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Azzanni; and his mother, Stella Azzanni; and his great-nephew, Joshua Dodson.
Visitation will take place from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri 63376. A funeral mass will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, May 1, 2023 at Saint Sabina Catholic Church, 1625 Swallow Ln, Florissant, MO 63031. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in St Louis.
