Ronald Karl Riesenberger, age 52, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Saint Charles,Missouri. He was born in Belleville, Illinois on January 5, 1971 to Robert Riesenberger and Rhonda Dyer (nee Wildt). Ronald is survived by his Mother and Stepfather, Rhonda and Jerry Dyer; Three Daughters, Avarah Riesenberger, Adah Riesenberger, Jamie ( Nathan ) Wurmb; Son, Jacob Flaherty ; Brother, Randy (Amy) Riesenberger; Sister, Jennifer Riesenberger; Two Grandchildren Rosalia and Isaiah Wurmb, two nieces, Rachel ( Paul ) Durante and Leah Riesenberger, nephew Isaac Riesenberger, grandniece Hannah Durante and grandnephew Henry Durante, and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Robert Riesenberger.

After graduating from Althoff High School in 1989, Ron held a number of odd jobs ranging from pizza delivery to stage hand for local bands until enrolling at ITT Technical School, Computer Aided Drafting.

Ron graduated with an Associate Degree in 1991. Ron had several jobs in drafting before finding a calling in IT networking. He spent several years in that field working for Edward Jones, Scottrade, and Reinsurance Group of America. In 2020, Ron joined Equifax as a Systems Reliability Specialist where he worked until ALS forced him to terminate his career. Ron courageously fought a year long battle while remaining positive and cheerful with the love and support of family and friends who loved and cared for him.

Ron married Wendy Radford and her two children Jamie Wurmb (nee Prosser) and Jacob Flaherty in 2003.. In 2004, Ron and Wendy introduced Avarah Riesenberger to the world, followed by Adah Riesenberger in 2006. Ron enjoyed being a father and spent many hours introducing the kids to his lifelong love of Mexican food, really bad Dad jokes, dancing like no one was watching, the fine art of punnery, and the awe of nature. In 2021, Ron became grandfather to Rosalia Wurmb followed by Isaiah Wurmb in 2022 Ron loved life and lived it to the fullest and his legacy will live on in his children and grandchildren.

Ron loved to grow plants, herbs and peppers and shared a variety of jellies and salsas with others.

Throughout his life, Ron loved to make you laugh and lived his life with 110% dedication to everyone and everything.

Ron was a devout servant of the Lord and frequently travelled to help flood and hurricane victims. Sharing of himself, Ron, at the end of his life, shared himself as an organ donor to help others.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Ron at New Hope Presbyterian Church 1580 Kisker Road, Saint Peters, MO on October 28th at 11am. Friends and family are encouraged to bring your favorite photos and stories as we share Ron's life with each other and celebrate his many contributions to our lives.
