Rosemary A. Curry age 68, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 8, 2018. She was born on February 21, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri. Rosemary was the daughter of Anthony and Virginia Mazzola. On June 12, 1971, at the Unity Church in St. Louis, she married the love of her life, Michael Curry.
Rosie loved her family, especially her two granddaughters. Throughout her life, she focused on raising her family and never worried about herself, she was truly the "caretaker" of her family.
Along with her husband Mike, Rosemary is survived by her two sons, Michael J. Curry, Jr. of Wentzville, Missouri and Justin J. (Sheila) Curry of Saint Louis, Missouri; her two beautiful granddaughters, Savannah and Addison E. Curry, at home; mother-in-law, Sue Curry of Salem, Illinois; sister-in-law, Stacey (Matt) Roddy also of Salem, Illinois; three sisters Tina Mazzola, Rita Champlin and Antoinette Gibbons; brother Sammy Mazzola and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Virginia Mazzola.
Visitation and gathering will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters. Cremation will follow the visitation and gathering
Mike and his family would like to specially thank Stacey Roddy and Katlyn Curry for the loving care they provided Rosie during her last few days of life. Additionally, Mike would like to recognize and thank the Gamble family, John, Cindy, John and Nick Gamble, for taking the time to drive on a minutes notice from Dallas, Texas to Wentzville to spend Rosie's final days of life. Lastly, Mike, Mike Jr., and Justin want to thank the many great neighbors for their countless acts of kindness they have provided for Rosie, Mike and their family.
