Rosemary R. Wilkinson

Rosemary Ruth Wilkinson, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the age of 101. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband William R. Wilkinson.



She was the devoted mother of Timothy (Cheryl) Wilkinson, Joseph (Dawn) Wilkinson, Peggy Wilkinson McFadden, and Thomas (Elisa) Wilkinson; dear mother-in-law of Melissa Wilkinson; cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Sarah, Matthew, Jonathan, Ryan, Katie, and Michael; treasured great-grandmother of Morgan Kay; beloved daughter of the late William and Nora Suntrup; dear sister of the late Helen Suntrup; the late Anita Suntrup; the late Elizabeth (Don) Spilker, the late Patricia (Weldon) Stephens, the late Dorothy (Emmett) Raftery. A dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.


After graduating from Rosati-Kain in 1939, Rosemary worked for Mallinkrodt Chemical Company where she met her husband, married, and started a family. In 1986, she retired from the Ferguson-Florissant School District where she served as secretary at Wedgewood and Duschene Elementary Schools. She enjoyed bowling in her younger years, playing cards, camping, and celebrating with friends and family. She was avid and loyal Cardinal fan and rooted for her team at every swing of the bat.
