Ruth Ellen Lee, age 71, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019 in Saint Charles, Missouri. She was born in Sullivan, Missouri on January 20, 1948 to William and Jessie Rowland (nee Russell).
Ruth was an in-home daycare provider for many years. She was married to Carl Lee for 50 years.
Ruth is survived by her Husband, Carl Lee; Daughter, Carla (James) Rigdon; Son, Kyle (Sarah) Lee; Granddaughters, Peyton Brase, Chloe Brase and Allison Lee; Grandson, Nolan Lee; Sisters, Cleo Carlisle, Viola Ware, and Wilma Kitchen; Brothers, Sam (Cherry) Rowland and Joe (Debbie) Rowland; Brother-In-Law, Alan Enloe and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father, William Rowland; Mother, Jessie Rowland; Brother, David (Thelma) Rowland; Sister, Betty Enloe; and Three Brothers-In-Law, Ed Carlisle, Marvin Ware, Floyd Kitchen.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:30 am on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A Funeral Ceremony will immediately follow at 11:30 am. Burial will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125 at 1:45 pm.
