Sandy Hunt

Sandra "Sandy" Katherine Hunt , age 72, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Town and Country, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on May 22, 1949 to Henry and Fay Jacob (nee Otto).

Sandy is survived by her Son, Christopher Paul (Natalie) Hunt, Brother, Dale C. Jacob, Grandchildren, Kyle Hunt, Andrew Hunt, Jonathan Hunt and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Henry W. and Fay F. Jacob.

Sandy retired from Shop 'N' Save after 20 plus years in the grocery business. She decided it was time to become a full time shopper. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls were thrilled. If you ever saw a gold mustang with a Mickey Mouse antenna topper going up and down Mexico Road, that was her. She loved that mustang, Mickey Mouse, and sunflowers. The only thing she loved more was her son, Chris and her grandsons, Kyle, Drew, and Jonathan. Sandy was famous for her epic one-liners, which her grandsons still quote. They were most often heard while you were in her car and she was making a U-turn. Sandy was the most directionally challenged person in history. Sandy will always be missed. She loved her family well and we are confident she knew how much we all loved her.

Visitation will be May 4 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and May 5 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Services will be May 5 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peters Chapel with interment to follow at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery.
