Sara Lynn Van Pelt, age 36, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
She was born in St. Charles, Missouri on August 27, 1983 to Christopher and Bridget Van Pelt (nee Hill). Sara is a graduate of Ft. Zumwalt South High School, class of 2002.
Sara is survived by her Father, Christopher Van Pelt, Mother, Bridget Van Pelt, Sister, Samantha (Joseph) Womack, and Son, Gavin Wimber, family & friends.
Sara adored her son Gavin and was an amazing mother. She was loved by so many who will continue to cherish the time and memories they shared with her. It will be through these stories and memories that Gavin will grow up knowing what a wonderful, loving and kind person his mother was. Sara has finally found the peace she desperately searched for here on earth. Our broken hearts will forever feel the loss and emptiness of her absence.
Sara was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James Van Pelt & LaVonna Van Pelt, her maternal grandparents, Lewis Wendell Hill & Norma Hill, as well as her uncle, Bradley Hill.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Gavin Wimber Scholarship Fund at 1st Advantage Bank, 240 Salt Lick Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Monday November 18, 2019.
Funeral Ceremony will be held at 5:00 pm Monday, November 18, 2019 at Newcomer Chapel.
