Sharon "Sherry" Erker, age 73, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born in Hannibal, Missouri on October 21, 1943 to James and Lorrayne Gingry (nee Henderson).
Sherry attended The Crossing, loved her grandchildren, going out with friends, family gatherings, traveling and watching game shows.
Sherry is survived by her daughters, Becky L. Robinson of O'Fallon, MO and Stephanie Smith, and a son, Stephen G. Erker of Gibsonton, FL; a sister, Dee Dee (Dan) McBride of St. Charles, MO; seven grandchildren, Kryste, Christopher, Kody, Brendon, Thomas, Katie and Logan; three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Hunter and Lucas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; infant Son, Lawrence E. Erker; Sister, Rebecca Pezold and granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Erker.
A Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to services at Newcomer Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: SIDS Resources, 1120 South 6th St, Ste. 100, St. Louis 63104.
