Stephen J. Higgins

Stephen Joseph Higgins, age 68, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 in Saint Charles, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 5, 1955 to Harvey and Viola Higgins (nee Dehn).
Stephen was a UPS Driver for 41 years. He was married to Colleen Higgins for 28 years.

Stephen was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Stephen had a great sense of humor. He was incredibly gracious and always went out of his way to celebrate others and make them feel special. Stephen was an avid sports fan, he particularly loved football. He loved participating in fantasy football. Stephen enjoyed playing golf on Fridays and Movies on Tuesdays. His favorite pastime of all was spending time with his family.

Stephen is survived by his Wife, Colleen Higgins; Daughter, Teresa L. (Mike) Kohring; Two Sons, Kevin J. Higgins, Clayton D. Higgins; Granddaughter, Maylee A. Corley; Grandson, Mason T. McGowan; Mother, Viola Higgins; Brother, Richard D. (Diane) Higgins; Three Sisters, Christine A. (Jim) Thomas, Jeanne M. (Bob) Buckingham, Theresa L. Stuart; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Harvey J. Higgins; and Sister, Margaret E. Myers.

Visitation will be Friday, November 3, 2023 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A memorial service will take place immediately following at 12:00pm. Luncheon to follow.
