Sullivan "Sulley" Menne, age 17, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on May 8, 2002 to Nicholas and Amanda Menne (nee Martin).
Sullivan recently graduated from Wentzville Holt High School. He was an avid fan of baseball and a tough movie critic. He loved politics, history, and video games. He loved his brothers dearly, and they looked up to him as a role model. Sulley was a steadfast warrior, who approached life with the kind of determination and vigor that you can only ask from the best of men. Despite his short time on Earth, Sulley lived a life full of joy and adventure.
Sullivan is survived by his parents, Nicholas (Amanda) Menne; Brothers, Jude Menne, and Leo Menne; his maternal grandmother, Susan Martin; his paternal grandmother, Zara (Jeffery) Stone; his paternal grandfather, William (Debbie) Menne; his great grandfather, William (Mary Rose) Dumboski; and his great grandmother, Marion Menne. He will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Billy Martin; and his great grandfather, Robert Menne.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200). The funeral service and burial will be private.
Memorial contributions in Sullivan's name may be made out to Friends of Kids with Cancer, 16 Sunnen Dr #161, St. Louis, MO 63143.
