Tamara Jean Schultz, age 63, of Foristell, Missouri passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on September 16, 1959 to Shurley and Loretta Byington (nee Bout).
Tammy fought stage 4 pancreatic cancer for 17 months. She fought with courage, faith and always - hope. She never lost her smile, and always was more concerned about others than herself during her entire battle. Always turning the conversation back to you over her own trials. Today heaven has a brighter smile.
Tamara is survived by her husband, Kurt Schultz; her son, Brett Schultz; her daughter, Kaitlyn (Brad) Blair; her grandchildren, Rylin Schultz, Reagan Schultz, Rae Blair, and Walker Blair; her mother, Loretta Byington; her sisters, Joan (Jay) Kenna, and Diane (Joe) Braden. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Shurley Byington.
Visitation will take place from 10:30 am until 11:30 am with a memorial service to take place immediately following the visitation at 11:30 am. All services will take place on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at First Baptist Church - Wentzville, 653 Luetkenhaus Blvd, Wentzville, MO 63385.
Tamara's daughter Kaitlyn will be participating in a race on September 30th in Minneapolis, MN and is raising funds for Project Purple's Team to help move the needle for Pancreatic Cancer research.
