Tammy Ann Schneider

Tammy Ann Schneider , age 58, of St Charles, Missouri passed away on October 2, 2019 Wednesday. She was born in St Charles, Missouri on Wednesday, March 8, 1961 to Harry Gastreich and Shirley Gastreich (nee Radake).
Tammy was a person who ensured she made a difference in peoples lives. She was a lifeguard who helped save several individuals and had a career as an RN. She was an extraordinary nurse who worked in a hospital, home health care, and hospice until her disease forced her into retirement. She was an outstanding mother and loved her children fiercely. She usually had a smile on her face, and even when she did not, her eyes were always smiling. She touched the lives of all she met. She did not let her disease effect her positive outlook on life. She is loved and will be missed by all her family and friends.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Phillip Schneider her children, Stuart Schneider, Colin Schneider, and Celia Schneider, her mother Shirley Gastreich, two sisters, Carrie Voss (George), and Lynn Rennolds; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Gastreich.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Newcomer, St Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200). A funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 am on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Assumption Church Main St, O'Fallon, MO.
