Terry Ann Thompson

Terry Ann Thompson, age 62, passed away on November 1, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and cherished memories. Born on June 4, 1962, Terry was a vibrant soul, known for her passion for life and the warmth she brought to those around her.

Terry was a devoted mother to her daughter, Crystal (Doug) Schuette, and a proud grandmother to her beloved granddaughter, Ella Schuette.  Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Steve (Linda) Thompson, and her sister, Sandi Grogan, along with a host of other family members and friends who will fondly remember her spirit and kindness.

Throughout her life, Terry had a deep love for travel, often seeking out new cultures and experiences. Her passion for baking led to many delightful creations that were shared during family gatherings, bringing sweetness to every occasion. Gardening was another of her loves, where she found solace and joy in nurturing her plants and watching them flourish.

Terry was preceded in death by her father, David Thompson; her mother, Rita Thompson; and her sister, Valerie Barnes. Each of these losses shaped her life and made her appreciation for family even more profound.

A visitation will be held in her honor on November 20, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri, followed by a memorial service commencing at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will take place that same day at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Louis, starting at 12:00 PM.

As we remember Terry Ann Thompson, we celebrate a life rich in love, creativity, and beautiful moments shared with family and friends. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.
