Thomas Donald Forrest, age 85, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on June 23, 1935 to Willes and Martha Forrest (nee Remkis).
Thomas was a Korean War veteran and then returned home to work in the insurance sales industry. He later became a retail business owner, his first business, Tom's Food Shop in Concord Village and later Kirkwood Luggage in downtown Kirkwood.
Thomas is survived by his son, Craig (Sandra) Forrest of Saint Charles, MO, daughter, Terry (Chris) Forrest-McElroy of Seattle, WA; niece, Johnnie (Robert) Villalobos; sisters, Dottie (Bill) Misencik, Kate Frye, Mary Lou (Bob) Parsons and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willes & Martha Forrest.
Private funeral services will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St. Peters, MO 63376 with private burial at Waterloo City Cemetery.
