Thomas Lee Williams of O'Fallon, MO passed away on January 31, 2019 at the age of 82. Tom was born on February 14, 1936 in Paragould, Arkansas to Bernard Lee and Babe Louise (Phillips) Williams. He married his beloved wife, Mary Carol (Nations) on February 2, 1957 and raised six children.
Tom worked as an aerospace mechanist for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) for over 30 years and was the alderman for the City of O'Fallon for 12 years. He was an outdoorsman that loved to fish, hunt and camp; spending many summers and weekends at Cape Fair on Table Rock Lake with his family.
Tom is survived by his six children, Carolyn (Larry) Thompson, Gary (Theresa) Williams, Steven (Trish) Williams Sr., Cindy (Joe) Patania, Michael (Stephanie) Williams, and Jeffrey Williams.
Tom will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Michelle (Pat) Milligan, Julie (Preston) Wild, Kayla (Robert) Dunn, Bryan (Nikki) Williams, Jaclyn (Chad) Swagman, Chelsea Williams, Steven Williams Jr., Jennifer Williams, Jeremy (Melanie) Patania, Jordan Patania, Justin Patania, Dylan Williams, Sarah Williams, Brendan Williams, Collin Williams, Isaiah Williams; his great-grandchildren: James Milligan, Kaitlyn Milligan, Hanna Wild, Olivia Wild, Mason Wild, Kaylee Clark, Addison Williams, Emma Williams, Tyler Swagman, Evan Swagman; his brother Uthel "Buddy" Williams, his sister Jennette O'Dell and by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Tom is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Mary Carol Williams, brother Eugene Williams, granddaughter, Kathryn "Katie" Williams, and great-granddaughter, Kara Milligan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Tom can be made to the Alzheimer Association.
