Timothy Immekus, a beloved family member and friend, passed away on February 23, 2025, in his hometown of Saint Louis, Missouri. Born on March 12, 1959, Timothy was known for his friendly demeanor and strong work ethic. He graduated from Francis Howell High School in 1978 and went on to enjoy a fulfilling career where he took pride in working with his hands. Throughout his career, he made many friends who revered him for his kind nature and generous spirit.
Timothy served three years in the United States Army, dedicating a significant part of that time to deployment in Germany. This chapter of his life not only showcased his commitment to his country but also cultivated lasting relationships and friendships.
Outside of work and military service, Timothy had a passion for family, always finding time to participate in family functions and gatherings. His treasured moments were spent fishing, camping, and cheering for his favorite sports teams, particularly as an avid baseball fan. His laughter and love for life will be missed by all who knew him.
Timothy is survived by his mother, MaryAnn Immekus; brothers, Steve H. (Lorrie) Immekus, William Immekus, and Mark A. (Kristine) Immekus; sister, Diane (Chris) Lampe; and many cherished nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ray Immekus, and his sister, Sandra York.
The impact of Timothy's life, filled with compassion and dedication, will remain in the hearts of those he touched. He will be remembered for his warmth, sense of adventure, and the bonds he created with family and friends that will endure through the memories shared.
