Tracy J. Kipper

Tracy J. Kipper, age 55, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was born in St. Charles , Missouri on June 13, 1962 to Richard and Genelda Stephens (nee Murphy).

Tracy was a auditor for an accounting firm who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Tracy was married to Michael Kipper for 29 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Sam J. Stephens.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Michael W. Kipper; children, Amanda N. (Shawn) Deal, Keith A. (Jenny) Noah and Michael C. Kipper; grandchildren, Ryan K. Deal, Alexis T. Deal, Sara J. Deal, Beckham G. Noah and Quinn Noah; siblings, Richad J. Stephens, Gail M. (Charles) Sykes and Alan J. (Janice) Stephens and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be December 27, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr St. Peters, MO 63376. Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 am Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Newcomer St. Peters, Missouri with Deacon Peter Gounis officiating. Interment will follow funeral ceremony at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis, MO at 1:15pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made in Tracy's honor to American Cancer Society.
