Verna Sue Haney

Verna Sue Haney, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, age 79, of St Peters, MO, passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 in St Charles, MO. She was born December 21, 1942 in St Louis, Missouri to Vernon and Lucille Lewis (nee Wells). A celebration of her life is to be announced.

Verna is survived by her husband, Jack L. Haney, daughter, Jeri S. Gustafson (nee Ott) and husband Joseph, sons, Terry V. Ott and James M. Haney, grandson, Eric A. Gustafson and granddaughter, Kaylee N. Gustafson. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister and brother in law, Phyllis and Ivan Anderson.

Jack and Verna were united in marriage on the day of our Lord, June 18,1966. Verna was a devoted Christian, enjoyed spending time with family. She loved to laugh, have a good time, shop and decorate. She was kindhearted and thoughtful. She will be deeply missed by a host of relatives and friends that will mourn her passing.
