Vernon H. Kisker

Vernon H. Kisker, age 93, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in Saint Charles, Missouri. He was born in Saint Charles, Missouri on August 1, 1930 to Edmund and Norma Kisker (nee Bergfeld).

Vernon was devout in his faith and not afraid to share it. He loved his family and friends and would help anyone who needed it. Vernon never met a stranger and enjoyed sharing his stories.

Vernon is survived by his wife, Ruth Kisker; his sons, Jim (Elaine) Kisker, and Paul (Sandra) Kisker; his daughter, Joy (Larry) Stark; his grandchildren, Julie (Nathan) Smock, Michael (Edna) Kisker, Jonathan (Kristin) Stark, Rachel (Drew) Stevener, Thomas Stark, Amy (Chris) Zang, Ashley Kisker, Kyle Kisker; and great-grandchildren, Marissa, Drew, Victoria, Ethan, Logan Brielle, Braxton, Maybelle, Edison, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Madison, August, Russell, Greyson, Myles; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Kisker; mother, Norma Kisker; brothers, Donald (Lou Ellen) Kisker, and Kermit Kisker; and daughter-in-law, Donna Kisker.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am followed by a funeral service all at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church, 3866 S Old Highway 94, Saint Charles, MO 63304. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
