Vester A. Bolen

Vester Avon Bolen, age 79, of Florissant, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born in Crossville, Tennessee on January 10, 1943 to Vester and Ida Christine Bolin (nee Fields).

Vester enjoyed restoring cars in his free time, spending time on his computer, wood working, racing motorcycles, riding his lawnmower, and visiting with neighbors. He was apart of McDonell Douglas Aircraft motorcycle club. For 5 plus years he was a supervisor for McDonell Douglas Aircraft. Vester served in the United States Navy and Air National Guard, over ten years and he was proud of all of his accomplishments.

Vester is survived by his wife, Ardis Bolen, children, Leona (Paul Woodland) Barron, Eric (Susan) Bolen, Tina (James) Gentry, Troy (Vickie) Bolen, siblings, Beverly (Bill) Blessing, Stevie Bolin, Yolanda (Bud) Heuser, son-in-law, Michael Barron, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Christine and Vester Bolin.
