Vivian Rose Black Cloud, age 45, of Valley Park, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021. She was born in Bismarck, North Dakota on March 6, 1976, to Lloyd Crawford and Pamela Black Cloud.
Vivian was from the Standing Rock reservation. Growing up she lived in South Dakota, Minnesota, California and Iowa. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in Bettendorf, Iowa. As an adult she moved to the St. Louis area where she graduated from Lindenwood College.
Vivian was a home healthcare worker and took pride in caring for others.
She loved spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed cookouts, scrapbooking, and swimming.
Vivian is survived by her mother and father, Pamela and Jeffrey Marmorstein; her children, Nathan, Sage, Sophia, Grace, Seth, and Madelyn; her grandson, Emmett; and her siblings, Carly (Brian) Springer, Michael Black Cloud, and Dionne Crawford. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Paula Lauseng (nee Black Cloud).
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm, both on Friday, November 12, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, West County Chapel, 2211 Clarkson Rd, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017. Interment will follow at Saint John UCC Cemetery in Manchester, Missouri (intersection of Sulphur Springs and Old Sulphur Springs Roads).
A reception will follow at Paul Schroeder Park (Manchester Park), 359 Old Meramec Station Rd., Manchester, MO 63021. All are welcome.
