Wanda Rena Koelsch, age 61, of Troy, Missouri passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 18, 1957 to the late Charles and Hellen Fenslage (nee: Pew). Wanda graduated with a degree in Psychology and was a Social Worker at Division of Social Services. Before she retired she worked 7 days a week helping and empowering women. She worked for a Domestic Violence Shelter and Bridgeway Counseling helping women and their children feel safe and heard as they transitioned to a new chapter in their lives.
Wanda is survived by her Loving Children, Crystal (Jeff Ingram) Koelsch, Heather Teal, Michelle (Kevin) Merrow, and Micheal Koelsch II, Cherished Grandmother to Abigail, Morgan and Riley Thompson, Elijah and Kylee Teal, Dear Sister of Roger (Becky) LaBarge, Gary LaBarge, Julia (Tom) Punches, Tina (Jerry) Twellman, and Phyllis (Greg) Loos. She was truly loved and will be greatly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents Charles and Hellen Fenslage, Three Brothers, James LaBarge, Charles Fenslage II, and Terry Fenslage.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376.
Funeral Ceremony will immediately follow at 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376 with Pastor Noel Stephens officiating.
Interment will be private.
Memorial Contributions can be made to a Domestic Violence Shelter of your choice in honor of Wanda R. Koelsch.
