William “Bill” F. Rohrbach 80, of O’Fallon, Missouri passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
He was born to the late Harry and Elvera Rohrbach on November 10, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Bill attended Beaumont High School and became a journeyman electrician after school.
Bill married Pamela Coleman in 1966 and they lived together in St. Louis County and later in St. Charles County. They were married for 58 wonderful years when Bill passed away.
Bill was an electrician and proud member of the IBEW for 40 years until he retired. He worked at Kaiser Electric and then as an electrician at Anheuser-Busch Brewery until he retired. After retirement, Bill enjoyed playing golf with family and friends, and worked as a marshal at the St. Peters Golf course for 10 years.
Bill bowled for over 40 years and won many trophies and awards. He played cards with family and friends for over 50 years regularly. He played tennis for many years and enjoyed the outdoors and camping.
Bill enjoyed watching baseball, hockey, football, tennis, and golf. His many hobbies included reading spy novels, music of all genres, computer games and technology, including playing Sudoku daily and movies.
Bill is survived by his wife, Pam; daughter, Laura Bartels; sister, Harriet Winkeler; two grandchildren, Kelly Bartels and Mark Bartels. Bill is also survived by a large extended family of nieces, nephews, a cousin, Donald Newton, and lifelong friends of 60 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Elvera Rohrbach; son, William Rohrbach Jr., and sister, Novella Daigger.
