William Alan "Billy" Smith, 58, of Saint Peters, passed away on May 15, 2020. He was born on January 16, 1962 to William and Betty (Baker) Smith in Topeka, KS.
Billy was the loving husband and best friend of Pamela S. "Pam" Smith (nee Smith-Harris); Devoted father of Dakota J. Smith and Savannah M. Smith; most awesome "Bihbih" to Reilly M. Harris; Dear son of the late William H. Smith and Betty I. Smith; Dear brother of Barb (the late Jim) White, Mike (Mary) Smith and Matt (Theresa Evans) Smith; Dear brother-in-law of Garry (Robin) Smith, Karen (Mike) Antram and J. Scott Smith. Billy was also the son-in-law of the late Roscoe P. and Dorothy L Smith; Dear uncle, great uncle, and fierce friend to many.
Billy was a proud member of Union Laborers Local 660. He had a 27+ year career with Purler-Cannon-Schulte Excavating. He was an avid outdoorsman. Through the years he enjoyed bird, duck and deer hunting, but his true passion was Crappie fishing. He knew Mark Twain Lake like the back of his hand and always looked forward to his Grenada, Mississippi fishing trips
We lost our HERO and our protector. His quiet strength was the calm in our storm. His love for us was BIG and unwavering.
He truly was one of the good guys. Love You More Billy
