William E. Weibel II, a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on October 20, 2024 at the age of 76. Born on April 1, 1948, William filled his life with joy and wonder, with a particular passion for trains that sparked a lifelong enthusiasm. His love for these magnificent machines not only represented a hobby but also symbolized his journey through life—an adventurous spirit dedicated to traveling along the tracks laid out before him.
Bill was a veteran of the US Navy, and later finished his career as a Law Enforcement Officer.
William is survived by his beloved wife, Christine Weibel; his daughter, Tammy Weibel; his brother, Wayne Weibel; and his sister, Wendy Weibel. He leaves behind a host of family members and friends who will remember him fondly and hold him dear in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Angelica Weibel; his father, Irving Weibel; and two brothers, Samuel J. Weibel and Richard Weibel. Their memories will be forever cherished alongside William's, as he joins them in peaceful repose.
William’s life was characterized by laughter, love, and an unwavering commitment to those around him. He will be profoundly missed and remembered for the joy he brought into the lives of so many.
